“My time with PPN has required a lot of dedication and determination, and Andrea has been there throughout the whole journey encouraging me, and helping me walk through difficult feelings/thought patterns. Prior to PPN I was eating Tums constantly. I have a long history of lots of stomach aches. I also needed my morning coffee and my afternoon pick me up caffeine most days. Since being on the program, I rarely need Tums. My view of food and eating is so much healthier. My body image has also improved. I no longer need to start my day with caffeine.”

I’ve almost always had a passion in fitness and nutrition. Once I became pregnant, I had a lot of food aversions and didn’t take the best care of myself. I had two babies, back-to-back and focused on them more than me. I wouldn’t say I let myself go, but I was doing things that normally weren’t me. Eating all the things, drinking alcohol more frequently, working out less… I didn’t like who I was becoming, nor did I like who I was seeing in the mirror. I tried intermittent fasting, weight watchers – sure I’d lose weight, but it wasn’t for the long run. I wanted a new lifestyle.
After starting PPN, I’m confident and I’m strong. My body is leaner, stronger, my mind more focused. I made my health a priority again and it feels so good. My kids believe working out is great and they think I’m the strongest human in the world. Take that, Arnold! I don’t let the number on the scale bring me down like it used to, because I know my habits day after day are consistent and that’s what brings me joy. Being back in the game lit a fire within me that I now want to get back into personal training and perhaps grabbing a few clients of my own to teach them what I’ve learned.”
“My experience with PPN has honestly been life changing. I have done programs in the past counting macros and working out, but it was a quick fix. There was no long-term change for my body and so the minute I stopped eating 1,100 calories I gained weight back very quickly.
I love having a registered dietician being the one to help me on this journey and give me tips and tools weekly that I can implement so that I can continue to be successful. With both the initial call with Lexi and then working with Brianna over the last year I have learned so much. One of my favorite things I have learned and love to share with others is about your metabolism being like a fire. Women in general do not eat enough and stress about overeating when really you need to fuel your body!”
“PPN has been absolutely amazing!! They provide you with all the resources that you need, the coaches are so knowledgeable (especially Michelle 🤍), and I’ve loved working with Michelle so much!! I feel like she’s my fitness bestie that is more excited for me than I am?!? Haha she’s just the best. I always thought it would help getting a coach but was hesitant. Michelle blew my expectations out of the water and has been there for me every step! 100% recommend hiring someone to walk with you on the journey :)
My hesitation with starting was I didn’t know if I’d stick with it. I’ve done sooo many different diets and things in my life that I was scared I wouldn’t have stuck with it, BUT I DID!! I honestly think because I was determined, plus invested a lot into myself for this.
Before PPN, I was searching for answers everywhere. From Instagram, to blogs, to going to a natural doctor, to listening to what my friends were saying, etc. I secretly felt lost, confused, sad, and scared. Plus, my eating habits were out of control with eating all the wrong things for my body.
I feel like now I’m on the right path that I need to be and I’m finally seeing results of how much better I feel mentally and physically. PPN has been a one stop shop for all of my questions I needed answered and that has been amazing. I didn’t know I was struggling a month ago but looking back I truly was. PPN is helping me gain confidence back, I’m in a better mental state, I’m learning about my body and how to fix it, and truly just feel like myself again!
It’s so funny cause I’ve never been the person to say I’m struggling, or I struggle mentally, but I truly think with changing my diet has helped clear up all of my brain fog and random sadness I would feel over not having a properly functioning body. This journey is still in the beginning and I’m loving every step!”
